Two Ways to Get Out of Your Comfort Zone

Getting out of your comfort zone can be challenging. But, if you want to bring your life to a better situation, sometimes getting out of your comfort zone is required. You can either get outside of your comfort zone by the unrequested experience of life or by your own intentionality.

Sometimes life will throw a curveball at you that immediately puts you in a situation out of your comfort zone. A surprise tornado. That unexpected diagnosis from the doctor. The tragic car accident. By putting 0% effort in, sometimes life will give you an opportunity to be out of your comfort zone.

But, sometimes life gets comfortable (what a privilege that is), and if you want your life to get better, you have to be intentional about finding a new path that might not be comfortable. This might be asking somebody on a date. Breaking up with somebody. It could be traveling somewhere new. Or, changing jobs.

Is there an invitation that life is giving you now to get out of your comfort zone?

Or, do you perhaps need to be more intentional about finding a new way to grow in your life to get out of your comfort zone?

  1. I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is required to get set up?
I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?

I’m not very internet smart so I’m not 100% sure. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Appreciate it

    1. It basically comes down to if you want to spend time or money on the blog.

If you don’t have much money, then you’ll have to put in more time to get things set up. With AI these days, it has become easier to create a site. There’s various options available and you don’t need to know how to code to build a site.

  2. Greetings from Florida! I’m bored to tears at work
so I decided to browse your blog on my iphone during lunch break.
I really like the knowledge you provide here
and can’t wait to take a look when I get home. I’m shocked
at how quick your blog loaded on my mobile .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G ..
    Anyhow, amazing site!
